In each case, I specifically reached out to the people listed below and transcribed what they had to say. But in "Lucy's" case, what I wanted was to hear from those who had to leap from the buildings that morning. Since there is no record of who fell and who passed otherwise from the buildings, I just listened for the name they gave me, and then wrote their words as I had the others.
